Bigger, Better, and More Beautiful because of the Suffering

An Encounter at God's Beauty Spa

By: Susan Deborah Schiller

What if the abuse you've endured serves to make you bigger, better, and more beautiful?

  • What if what scares you turns into your greatest source of blessing?
  • What if the ugliest things you've seen and heard are being used to make you more beautiful?
  • What if the weapon used to free you from darkness is something you previously thought was evil?
  • What if the frustrations are a sign that you've been promoted to a higher level of life?
  • What if God wants to stimulate your faith to believe for something He really wants to give you?

Let's re-think our assumptions. Whatever can be loosed in heaven can be loosed here on earth. Whatever can be bound in heaven can be bound in heaven.

You can make your circumstances change. How? By asking questions!

The best questions to ask:

"I know the Father loves me. What does this trial mean? What must I do – how should I think, where do I start?" — Graham Cooke

The truth is, the mind of Christ allows us to turn all the negatives into something full of awe and wonder. In fact, the problem currently rearing its ugly head at you is already pre-packaged with its own equivalent blessing!

God uses these trials and people as "Glory Enhancers".

Human defiance only enhances your glory, for you use it as a weapon. — Psalm 76:10

"Believe it or not, we should be thankful for all the difficult people in our lives because they help us: they sharpen and refine us for God's use." – Joyce Meyer

What if your abuser is actually being used as a beauty enhancer?

"Behold, I Myself have created the smith who blows the fire of coals And brings out a weapon for its work; And I have created the destroyer to ruin. "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their vindication is from Me," declares the LORD. – Isaiah 54:17

What if this amazing inheritance is available to you, right here and now?

If you're as weary as I've been of abusers getting away with murder. If the enemy has been relentessly, ruthlessly wrecking your life, it's time to RISE UP

Hear the War Cry – Rak Chazak!

Despite what other people might think is your fate in the future, God is ready to deliver you out of all the expectations of your enemies. Some of your enemies are sure that you are finished. God says that you are only beginning. Rise up." — Miriam Hellman

God is grooming you to grin in the face of disasterRISE UP. Run to the battle!

"The difficulties in your life are clues pointing to your lavish inheritance. God is calling you to rise up to a new dimension of life." — Graham Cooke

Knowing the Nature of God is the key to receiving your inheritance. Please listen to the two short videos below. These are two fo the most important audios that have helped me to grab hold of the concept that God is Good all the time, and that He causes ALL things to work together for my good. It begins in our minds, in our perspective.

God's answer to EVERYTHING that comes against you is "Nevertheless, I'll be with you."

Grin in the face of disaster.

Rule in the midst of your enemies.

RUN to meet the enemy!

REAP your rewards!

Thank you Susan, and I can't thank God enough for the trials and difficulties as well as the times of joy, inner peace and much Love from Him. Over the last few years I had many enemies rise up against me, and had my faith not been what it was, I'd surely have not made it further to this day. I've found that with each day I look to God, society tends to envy and hate me. The same people I care for, smear and mock me, whisper lies against me. More recently, they flee quickly when they see me. Reminds me of the Proverb "They flee even though nobody pursues them". I used to get really lonely not having family and friends. Such is my desire to walk with God and people who desire God as much as i do.

Thank you Susan for sharing so much knowledge with me and others, helping to bring us closer to God. Keep up the good work my newest friend.

Kevin

From Brennan Manning's book, Ruthless Trust, I am presently reading, "I must insist that I am always happy for it would be untruthful to state otherwise. My experience of God has taught me that whatever He does must of necessity be good. Thus, everything that I receive from his loving hand or whatever He permits me to receive from the hands of others – be it prosperity or adversity, sweet or bitter – I accept with joy and see it as a sign of his favor. For many, many years now, my first resolution each morning is to attach myself to nohthing but the will of God alone. I have learned that the will of God is the love of God. And by the outpouring of His grace, I have so merged my will with His that whatever He wills, I will too. Therefore, I have always been happy.'"

Thank you, Gertraud – it’s nice to find another prophetic person online! I really like Graham’s perspective – I’m in the process of applying for his Warrior’s School now.
