Finding the Pathway to Peace

Finding the Path of Peace

By: Susan Deborah Schiller

My dear braveheart,

We have come to a point where there is no escape in the natural realm. People, jobs, systems, money – they all fail us.

You have read my stories about how God has been grooming me to grin in the face of disaster,

to rule in the midst of my enemies,

to harness the energy of heaven

and create beauty out of chaos.

How He expects me to walk on waves,

to calm storms, and to multiple food.

What kind of God is that??? Although I had been a church leader for decades, I had to first unlearn everything I had been taught and become like a child again.

One of the teachers who has helped me to figure all this out is Graham Cooke. He has plenty of free videos on youtube, but one of them called "Rise Up" has been most influential in my life. We aren't left alone to puzzle out this way to peace. Others have gone before us, like Eric Ludy.

It begins with knowing your identity, not just doctrinally or theologically, but in your whole being, as a daughter of God. When you walk in that level of favor, whatever you do prospers.

Most survivors are seeking a Champion – a hero – to help us emerge from the shadowlands of abuse. Usually we end up in the black hands of another abuser who positions himself as a rescuer. True champions are few and far between in this world, but all it takes is one – and in my experience that "one" is me. I have to be my own heroine.

Right now death is tugging you down to its level of hopelessness and defeat. Its chains and instruments of torture keep you bound in hell. What if your enemy's show of power is all sham? What if the only power it has to bind you are the chain links of your own core beliefs?

What if you have created your own whirlwind, but you have so long associated others as the source of those fierce adverse winds that you are drowning in the vortex of that whirlwind, down into the abyss of despair?

What if the seat of power within you – your core belief system which commands your thoughts, words, and deeds – were to be consumed by the Fire of a Holy God who only desires Good for you? And what if that very fire – the presence of God within you – revealed the Truth in such a way that you understand, receive, accept, and begin to experience the TRUTH that you have been given ALL authority on earth, as commanded by Jesus himself in Matthew 28 to take command of the storms?

Who are you, really? Who is God, really? Who and what is your enemy, really? When I began to answer those three questions, the rest of the answers quickly began to fall into place.

You shouldn't have to stand alone! I believe we are reaching critical mass, where a massive shift is taking place, as each one of us champions God's causes – to rescue and restore victims of injustice.

It's a narrow path we walk, but it's always straight. You can know where you are going because you're not alone. You've been given the Holy Spirit – the Spirit of God himself – to be with you always.

I have had good and true friends, but none have can or will tell me the answers to my questions. I must discover for myself who God is, who I am, and who my enemy is.

"You have made the world in a way that each man must find his own path to peace within himself and with his neighbor." – Rabbi Jack Reimer
Ask for the Spirit of the Living God to transform your thinking, to renew your mind, to remove the band of lies around your head, and to take off the sack cloth and ashes and give you garments of praise in exchange for the grave clothes.

Your BEST years are ahead of you. Your best life is right here and now. Don't forget that sometimes we have to allow even the Good to go, to make room for the Best. Pruning can only be done by the Spirit of the Living God. Don't be afraid of this grooming process. Don't give up. You're worth it. You deserve to love and be loved!

I love you,
Sue

PS As always, please discard anything here that doesn't resonate with you. Please don't do anything I've told you I've done, unless you are convinced it's your own way of following your truth. My story is different than yours. We each are part of the same story, but we're playing different roles. Therefore, my only advice is to help you to see the real treasure inside of you – the Kingdom of heaven. Even so, I don't disbelieve in mental health professionals… and at some point, you may need their assistance. I don't know and I'm not saying you do. There's just so much about our glorious human lives that are mysterious to me and I only know a fraction of it.

In every problem there is an equal or greater provision. Marsha Burns taps into this today:

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
You have been through a troubling and unsettling time, but you will come out on the other side in victory. You will not be weakened by your experiences; you will be strengthened and have new understanding of what it takes to overcome and succeed, says the Lord. I continue to be with you and to lead you into righteous responses to difficult situations.

John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

From a friend today: Psalm 27:13 is one of those verses of scripture that I have held on to like a life line. “I would have lost heart, despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
