Light Will Come Bursting In

During a period when I was surrounded by people intent on slandering me, when even some of my closest friends betrayed me, I had to face the fact that I could not please these people, no matter what I did.
I laid down the ministry that I loved so very much. I returned to Square One: Embracing the truth that I am God's child, plain and simple. He loves me just the way I am, even in all my messiness.
So I let it all go… and just became still as a baby asleep in her mama's arms. This is what I heard my Beloved whisper…
Storms will come your way, Little One, but My peace never changes. You're embraced by My Father's love and power, and even if the whole world were to reject you, I never will. Troubles will come to test your faith. Be Mine. Don't be shaken.
Stand firm. Resist evil, especialy the evil in your own mind. Step inside My mind. Know Me. I am stable and sure.
Like medicine, I take this Truth as many times a day as needed until the problem passes.
"'Who can know the LORD's thoughts? Who knows enough to teach him?' But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ." (1 Corinthians 2:16)
The truth is, that when darkness overtakes me, it's actually an opportunity to witness God's most brilliant moves! Every problem comes custom designed with its own provision. Sometimes all we choose to see is the dark side, so it's our opportunity to flip the coin over to see the brilliant solution!
It's a different way to think… That when God wants you to have something wonderful, powerful, and beautiful – He gives you a trial! Passing the trial enables you to handle the provision without it destroying you or others.
When darkness overtakes the godly, light will come bursting in. They are generous, compassionate, and righteous. All goes well for those who are generous, who lend freely and conduct their business fairly. Such people will not be overcome by evil circumstances. Those who are righteous will be long remembered. They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the LORD to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly. They give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will never be forgotten. They will have influence and honor. The wicked will be infuriated when they see this. They will grind their teeth in anger; they will slink away, their hopes thwarted. — Psalm 112:4-10
I hope this love letter from Papa gives you the same hope and encouragement that it did for me, to not be afraid of the dark, but to instead be excited knowing that God's about to make His most brilliant move in your life!

Amen and amen Susan! Love these words of affirmation and confirmation. Isn't that just like Jesus – doing for us what we cannot do for ourselves. He is so faithful. One of my desires is to write a devo too based on stillness with Jesus. His word is faithful and true. Keep writing sister, your words bring life, healing, and wholeness.
